Done!!!

Finally the illustrations are done. What a relief. I feel like takng a break, but I can't. Now comes the color phase of the project.

Evolution.

I've very productive these past few months.
I'm 15 pages from completing my book. I was worried about the final rendering and was doing a lot of background research.
when it came to inking my illustrations, my lines were pretty squiggly and uncertain. However, with a little perseverance and with the certainty that things could only get better, I was quite pleased with the results. I noticed an evolution that kinda caught me by surprised. My characters were looking right at me .They stopped looking flat and 2d-ish. I felt a chill. Maybe I'm closer to my goal than I thought. Or maybe I need to step out of the studio for some fresh air...
